The Development and Construction Partnership Inc. (DCPI) Management Team has managed, nurtured and grown, guided by three universal concepts – Integrity, Quality, and Professionalism. Having worked with the regions best and most sought-after architects and designers, as well as sophisticated clients, Mr. May understands that the construction of a high-end, one-of-a-kind home requires not only extraordinary quality, but also, an honest, straightforward, and communicative approach.

In an effort to provide uncompromised quality and service, Mr. May has built a financially and environmentally responsible company with a fully staffed office capable of handling development, construction management, and general contracting. Moreover, in order to guide his clients through the important and often challenging process of building a custom-home, Mr. May has assembled a unique and talented team. The Development and Construction Partnership Inc.’s staff, including LEED (“Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design”), certified project managers, possess knowledge of cutting-edge building practices and environmentally responsible subcontractors and source material suppliers.
